The first 3 modules of The Astute Artist help you to:

– Understand and choose the industry pathway best suited to your art practice and long-term career goals. We cover the characteristics of each pathway, provide tasks to assist with your decision and explore why it’s worth considering entering art prizes.

– Refine your goals and gain a realistic insight into the practicalities of running a small art business. This module is heavy on homework and paperwork but is tailored to help ensure the admin side of things is set up as efficiently as possible.

– Examine the various aspects of running a sustainable small art business and identify your key strengths, with a view to saving you time and money. This is also an opportunity to consider the aspects of your business that may need to be outsourced.
